Cynthia is the Principal of FleurComGroup, with 30+ years in marketing communications, working with some of the world’s leading brands.
Principal & founder, Cynthia launched FleurComGroup in 2001. She is former vice president of Nelson Robb DuVal & DeMenna, then the Southwest’s largest public relations firm with billings of $4 million+ annually. She has served as the communications director & interim executive director of Kids Voting USA; as a senior account manager at Edelman Public Relations, Los Angeles, specializing in consumer product marketing; and as an account executive at Rogers & Cowan, in the corporate/entertainment division, also based in LA.

Cynthia previously served as a communications analyst with The Odyssey, a market research firm servicing Fortune 1000 companies, bridging Internet strategies with brick & mortar business.
Her career began in news as a reporter/editor/producer, which continues to deliver invaluable insight in the ever-changing arena of marketing communications.
Natalia is an Account Coordinator with FleurComGroup and implements media relations and social media influencer programs for Square One Concepts, Italian Festival of Arizona, USA TODAY Wine & Food Experience tour, Salt River Fields Drive in Movie Experience, Taco Festival Tour, Pepsi Amphitheater, among others.
She also has completed project work on major events such as Italian Festival of Arizona, OC Taco Festival and Salt River Fields Drive in Movie Experience. Natalia’s media relations skills and extensive experience with influencer outreach are key assets in generating buzz and key exposure for major events and brands. She also develops comprehensive media reports that offer valuable marketing data to clients and partners.
A graduate of Arizona State University, she studied Marketing in the W.P. Carey School of Business. Natalia is originally from La Paz, Bolivia. She came to the United States five years ago to pursue a Bachelor of Science Degree.
Emma is an Account Coordinator with FleurComGroup and implements media relations programs for Square One Concepts, Salt River Fields Drive in Movie Experience, Italian Festival of Arizona, Pepsi Amphitheater, Taco Festival Tour, among others.
She has cultivated strong relationships with local news media and develops unique and exciting storylines to secure TV coverage, placement in print, and online media. She develops colorful social media content for clients as well. She has a role in recruiting and managing influencer/brand ambassador programs and has contributed to high-profile grand openings and culinary events. Emma’s high energy and hands-on approach are a key asset in the firm’s work in negotiating, implementing and tracking advertising and public relations results for clients.
A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, she studied Advertising and Public Relations in the school of Media, Communication and Information. Emma is originally from Boise, Idaho, and also for many years has called Arizona her second home.
